ARMA MAINTENANCE INC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in New York, NY and surrounding areas (as applicable). Specific services, pricing, availability, and scheduling may vary depending on your location and service requirements.


2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Any quote provided by phone, text, email, or website is an estimate based on the information you provide.

  • Final pricing may change if the actual conditions differ from what was described (for example: size of the space, level of dirt, additional rooms, special requests, pet hair, excessive clutter, etc.).

  • We may require photos or an in-person evaluation to confirm pricing.

  • Taxes or additional fees may apply where required.


3. Scheduling, Arrival Times & Access

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

  • Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior job duration.

  • The customer is responsible for providing access to the property (keys, codes, doorman instructions, parking details).

  • If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, it may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to a fee.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Same-day cancellations or last-minute rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may require a deposit to reserve future appointments.


5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide the best service, customers agree to:

  • Provide a safe work environment.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

  • Inform us of special conditions (ex: delicate surfaces, special materials, allergies, restricted areas).

  • Remove excessive clutter when possible to allow effective cleaning.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.


6. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We may accept cash, Zelle, checks, cards, or other payment methods (depending on what you offer).

  • Late payments may result in late fees and refusal of future service.

  • Deposits may be required for large jobs, move-in/move-out cleanings, deep cleaning, or commercial contracts.


7. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Return to re-clean the area(s) of concern, or

  • Offer a partial refund/credit depending on the situation.

This policy does not apply to issues caused by normal wear and tear, permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or areas we were unable to access.


8. Damages & Liability

We take care while working, but limitations apply:

  • Customers must report any damage claims within 24 hours after service is completed.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to unstable items, unsecured valuables, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided, to the maximum extent allowed by law.


9. Health, Safety & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if we encounter:

  • Unsafe conditions (ex: hazardous materials, aggressive pets, severe clutter, biohazards)

  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior

  • Illegal activity

If service is stopped due to unsafe conditions, a partial or full service charge may apply.


10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website

  • Upload malicious code or spam

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission


11. Intellectual Property
